BBQ first experience at 11 years old. When he was a student, he cooked a BBQ directly on the bonfire when going down the river and camping in the United States. He also experiences American BBQ during a farm stay.
He worked a Japanese major meat company after graduating from college. After working in the management department, sales department, and marketing.
He was the first BBQ instructor in 1999, still in office.
After that, he became independent and engaged in BBQ seminar activities and outdoor event planning and activities together with the business of system consultants and marketing consultants.
Later, in 2004, he established the first BBQ research and dissemination organization in Japan, and continues to this day.
He is the best BBQ expert in Japan that makes use of Japanese seasonal ingredients. And he is an expert in Japanese traditional fire-grilled local cuisine.
1999 For the first time as BBQ teacher. After that, he conducts BBQ research and lecturer activities.
2004 Established HOKKAIDO BBQ COLLEGE (currently JAPAN BBQ COLLEGE)
2007 He became an advisor to the outdoor brand “Coleman Japan” and hosted BBQ seminars and events around the country.
